Dinner Features May 26

Hickory Grilled Stockyard Steak 
Angus Reserve hickory smoked Beef Stockyard sirloin char grilled to perfection, topped with A1® mushrooms and onions and a chipotle steak sauce, presented house made potato salad

Buffalo Chicken Plate 
Tender breaded and fried chicken finished with a smoke house ranch drizzle and presented over macaroni salad and cottage fries  

Grilled Chicken Bruschetta              
Boneless marinated char-grilled chicken breast finished with a tomato cucumber onion relish and pesto aioli, served over a chilled noodle salad   

Crispy Walleye 
Pan fried crispy walleye finished with a French quarter remoulade and crispy onions, served over scallion mashed potatoes and asparagus spears

Bacon Basmati Scallops
Deep sea scallops wrapped in bacon and pan served, served over basmati rice tossed with artichokes, tomatoes and spinach in a creamy asiago Alfredo

Shrimp Primavera
Jumbo shrimp pan seared in garlic butter with mushrooms, broccoli, asparagus, tomatoes, zucchini, peppers and onions in a lemon white wine sauce, tossed with pasta 
 
Salmon Florentine 
Fresh salmon filet pan seared and topped with garlic wilted spinach, kalamata olives and stewed tomatoes, served over mashed potatoes

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
