Cajun Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve Beef Stockyard sirloin char grilled with Cajun spices, finished with A1® chipotle mushrooms and crispy onions, served with a bacon cheddar scallion loaded baked potato and asparagus spears    

Chicken Fajita Burrito
Marinated grilled chicken stuffed in a XXL tortilla shell with yellow rice, peppers and onions filled with a barbeque chipotle aioli and served with a side of chips and salsa

Kung Pao Chicken
Boneless chicken breast stir fried with mushrooms, broccoli, scallions, peppers and onions in an garlic ginger sweet & Spicy sauce, served over rice

Honey Herb Salmon
Fresh salmon filet pan seared and glazed with honey and herbs, finished with salty kettle chips and presented over hodge podge mashed potatoes and a vegetable medley

Tomato Basil Shrimp Scampi
Jumbo shrimp seared with tomatoes, fresh basil, onions and garlic in a light asiago cream sauce, served over pasta 
 
Scallops Florentine
Deep sea scallops pan seared and presented over a creamy spinach and artichoke macaroni and cheese, served with garlic toasted pita  

Blue Marlin Tropicale
Fresh blue marlin pan seared and finished with an orange pineapple salsa, presented over pesto mashed potatoes and served with steamed broccoli and honey plantains   

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
