Dinner Features May 23

Garlic Butter Herb Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve Beef Stockyard sirloin seasoned and char grilled to perfection, topped with house made herb butter & served with bacon cheddar mashed potatoes   

Chicken Broccoli Alfredo
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with broccoli served over pasta in a creamy alfredo sauce and dusted with parmesan cheese    

Stuffed Salmon
Fresh salmon filet pan seared and stuffed with creamy spinach, garlic and parmesan cheese, served over mashed potatoes with asparagus spears  

Shrimp Jumby
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with Italian sausage, mushrooms, peppers and onions in a spicy marinara sauce, served over fettucine
 
Scallop Curry Stir Fry
Deep sea scallops pan seared with zucchini, summer squash, onions, celery and sweet peppers in a mild curry sauce, served over rice and finished with sesame seeds  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
