Grilled Stockyard                                                                          

Seasoned grilled Stockyard Sirloin with a loaded baked potato, broccoli and topped with a blue cheese hollandaise



                       Grilled Chicken Broccoli Alfredo                 

Marinated grilled chicken over fettuccini  alfredo with fresh steamed broccoli



                       Chop Suey Chicken               

Pan seared garlic chicken tossed with ginger, garlic, peppers, onions, broccoli and celery in a teriyaki sauce over white rice



Scallops & Crab                                                                     

Pan seared scallops with surimi crab stuffed zucchini boat and a garlic parmesan gravy



Shrimp Gumbo                                          

Pan seared jumbo tiger shrimp tossed with garlic, onions, chorizo, peppers and a spicy sriracha sauce over rice

Potato chip crusted Akura Salmon over pesto mashed potatoes, asparagus and topped with a French onion aioli and crispy tabasco onions
