Herb Crusted Chicken    

Sautéed herb crusted chicken with parmesan oregano mashed potatoes with a mushroom onion horseradish cream sauce.

Tuscan Chicken             

Boneless chicken breast sautéed with sun dried tomatoes, braised kale, roasted red peppers, kalamata olives, capers and garlic with pasta and a lemon wine sauce, finished with feta cheese.

Mahi Mahi                  

Broiled Mahi with lemon and white wine served with chorizo hash, mango apple salsa and sweet pepper coulis.

Shrimp Stew  

Shrimp, clams, fresh rosemary, tomato, onion and tomato simmered in a rich broth.

Cajun Seasoned Grilled Stockyard 
Cajun seasoned grilled Angus Reserve Stockyard sirloin served with dirty rice and a pepper jack cheese sauce. 

 Scallops Oreganata  

Fresh sea scallops pan seared with a vegetable medley served with pasta with fresh lemon, white wine and oregano and asiago cheese.     

Caribbean Lane Snapper     
Seared jerk seasoned Snapper presented with a sauté of spinach and black beans with a fresh citrus relish.

Fresh Broiled Haddock   

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter.   

Fish Fry                   

Your choice of breaded or crispy beer battered fresh Haddock filet.
