Dinner Features September 6


Chorizo Chicken Salad
Char grilled chorizo sausage and boneless Cajun grilled chicken breast presented over mixed greens with avocadoes, red onions, sweet red bell peppers, roasted corn and cheddar cheese served with Cajun ranch dressing      

Mushroom Gruyere Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with mushrooms, baby spinach, onions and garlic in a gruyere cream sauce served over pasta

Barbeque Bacon Stockyard
Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin char grilled to order, topped with barbeque bacon and caramelized onions, served with a twice baked potato.

Cajun Mahi Mahi
Mahi mahi filet broiled with Cajun spices and served over Cajun chorizo rice, topped with guacamole

Lemon Rosemary Salmon
Fresh salmon pan seared and topped with a lemon rosemary hollandaise sauce, presented over rice pilaf and served with asparagus spears

Shrimp Carbonara
Jumbo shrimp tossed in a creamy Carbonara sauce with spaghetti, bacon and asiago cheese

Scallops Caprese
Deep sea scallops seasoned and broiled with fresh mozzarella cheese, fresh basil and tomatoes served over white wine pesto pasta, finished with a balsamic reduction

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
