Dinner Features September 1

Tuscan Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with sun dried tomatoes, roasted red peppers, kalamata olives, capers and garlic with pasta and a lemon wine sauce, finished with feta cheese

Rustic Chicken Bake
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with bacon, roasted red peppers, spinach and potatoes and smothered with melted pepper jack cheese

Char Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve Stockyard sirloin seasoned and char grilled to order, presented with a horseradish wild mushroom onion cream sauce and herb mashed potatoes

Tiger Shrimp Chorizo
 Jumbo shrimp sautéed with chorizo sausage, mushrooms, zucchini, tomato and black beans with a spicy tomato broth, served with rice

Honey Teriyaki Scallops
Deep sea scallops pan fried with a vegetable medley and sesame seeds served over rice with a honey teriyaki glaze

Pan Seared Lane Snapper
Fresh snapper pan seared and presented with a mango apple relish and braised kale

Fresh Broiled Haddock 
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
