Cranberry Pecan Stuffed Chicken
Boneless chicken breast baked with a panko crust and stuffed with a cranberry pecan dressing, finished with a cranberry balsamic glaze and served with mashed potatoes   

Chicken Broccoli Alfredo
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with broccoli in a white wine Alfredo sauce, served over pasta

Guinness ® Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin char grilled to order, topped with Guinness caramelized onions and served with a twice baked potato

Barramundi Florentine
Fresh barramundi filet seasoned and broiled, topped with spinach, tomatoes, fresh garlic, feta cheese and sherry presented over rice pilaf

Shrimp Jambalaya
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with Cajun spices and presented over a pulled pork and chorizo jambalaya with rice, bell peppers, onions, celery and tomatoes

Scallops Holloway
Deep sea scallops pan seared with mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes and fresh spinach in a lemon sherry pan sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
