Dinner Features September 15


Almond Crust Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with an almond panko crust in a sherry wine sauce served over rice and topped with a light avocado tarragon caper sauce

Garlic Basil Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with chorizo sausage, braised kale, tomatoes and onions tossed with pasta in a garlic parmesan sauce     

Napa Valley Vineyard Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin seasoned and char grilled to order, served over wild greens with oven roasted potatoes drizzled with a cabernet sauvignon Dijon peppercorn sauce, sprinkled with light crumbly bleu cheese

Seafood Alfredo Florentine
Baby shrimp, red snapper, ahi tuna and chopped clams sautéed with spinach in a light Alfredo sauce, tossed with pasta        

Lemon Garlic Grilled Ahi Tuna
Marinated ahi tuna steak with lemon garlic white wine and oil finished with a tomato olive tapenade served over asparagus spears

Rosemary Blush Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with mixed garden vegetables and fresh rosemary in a blush asiago cream sauce, served over pasta        

Ginger Orange Mango Scallops
Deep sea scallops sautéed with shiitake mushrooms, sweet peppers,  zucchini and mangoes in a white wine ginger orange sauce, served over rice

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
