Dinner Features September 3


Cranberry Herb Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared in a panko crust, topped with cranberry balsamic reduction and presented over herb stuffing with rosemary mashed potatoes  

Southwest Chicken
Boneless Cajun seasoned chicken breast sautéed with chorizo sausage, peppers and onions with a pepper jack cheese sauce, served over dirty rice   

Stockyard Steak Bruschetta
Angus Reserve Stockyard sirloin seasoned and char grilled to order, topped with vine ripe tomatoes, fresh basil relish and asiago cheese, served with grilled garlic bread and a twice baked potato

Maple Butter Salmon
Fresh pan seared salmon topped with house made maple butter and toasted pecans presented over sautéed baby spinach with a side of rice pilaf

Shrimp Bacon Alfredo
 Jumbo shrimp sautéed with bacon, mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes and fresh garlic in a white wine Alfredo sauce, served over pasta  

Scallops French
Deep sea scallops dipped in an egg batter and pan fried with broccoli and artichoke hearts in a sherry lemon butter pan sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
