Dinner Features September 12

Tomato Basil Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with fresh basil and tomatoes in a white wine cream sauce, served over pasta with garlic bread  

Chicken Artichoke French
Boneless chicken breast dipped in an egg batter and pan seared with artichokes and asparagus in a sherry lemon pan sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago and parmesan cheese   

Scotch Ale Stockyard
Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin seasoned and char grilled to order, topped with Scotch Ale mushroom onion gravy and served over bacon herb mashed potatoes  

Pan Seared Red Snapper
Fresh red snapper seasoned and pan seared, presented over sautéed potatoes, fresh spinach and sun dried tomatoes, finished with an herb hollandaise sauce

Mahi Mahi Fish Tacos
Broiled Mahi Mahi rolled in a flour tortilla with Asian slaw and an avocado aioli, served with wild rice- 2 tacos per order   

Mango Lime Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp sautéed in a white wine citrus sauce, topped with a mango lime relish and crispy tortilla strips, served over wild rice     

Harvest Scallops
Deep sea scallops pan seared with zucchini, mushrooms, spinach, tomatoes, onion and garlic in a sherry pan sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese    

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
