Apple Almond Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with apples, artichoke hearts and scallions in a sherry cream sauce, served over rice pilaf

Chicken Lambrusco
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with ham, mushrooms, artichoke hearts and spinach in a light garlic Lambrusco sauce, served over pasta    

Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin char grilled to order, topped with a portobello mushroom onion marinara sauce and served dusted with asiago cheese, served with a twice baked potato  

Stuffed Broiled Mahi Mahi
Fresh Mahi Mahi stuffed with surimi crabmeat, spinach, sun dried tomatoes and feta cheese broiled with lemon and white wine, topped with a citrus salsa, presented over asparagus spears and served with a side of wild rice    

Sesame Orange Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with shiitake mushrooms and mixed garden vegetables in a sesame orange sauce, served over rice pilaf and dusted with sesame seeds      

Basil Tomato Scallops
Deep sea scallops sautéed with zucchini, tomatoes, onion and fresh basil in a garlic white wine parmesan sauce, served over pasta

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
