Dinner Features for Friday September 9th

Chicken Santa fe over Rice 

Sautéed chicken breast with tomatoes, bacon, peppers, onions, blackbeans and jalapenos in a spicy southwestern sauce served over rice and topped with shredded cheddar cheese and tortilla chips.

Chicken and Crab Ala Romana tossed with Pasta 

Boneless chicken breast sautéed with mushrooms, artichoke hearts, broccoli, surimi crab and olives in a garlic white wine sauce tossed with pasta.

Fresh Broiled Barramundi 
Broiled Barramundi served with pecan butter, glazed apples and rosemary over fresh asparagus and a side of rice.

Shrimp,  Fruit and Greens Salad 
Grilled shrimp skewer over greens with tomatoes, oranges, melon, craisins, almonds and onions served with choice of dressing.

Bistro Stockyard Steak    

Seasoned and grilled to order Angus Reserve Stockyard sirloin served with a basil, fresh mozzarella, tomato balsamic relish and side twice baked potato.

Roasted Red Pepper Asiago Basil Scallops over Pasta 

Fresh sea scallops sautéed with portobello mushrooms, red onions and zucchini in a garlic white wine roasted red pepper sauce finished with asiago cheese.     

Pan Seared Red Snapper with Pineapple Mango Salsa and Wild Rice 

Panko herb crust seared fresh Red Snapper prepared with lemon and sherry wine served over wild rice and finished with mango salsa.

Fresh Broiled Haddock      
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter.   

Fish Fry     
Your choice of breaded or crispy beer battered fresh Haddock filet.
