Dinner Features September 4th

Cajun Chicken       

Boneless chicken breast pan seared presented with dirty rice, guacamole and a pepper jack cheese sauce.  

Almond Herb Chicken        

Boneless chicken breast pan fried with bacon, onions and mushrooms with mashed potatoes and sweet pepper coulis.  

Garlic Beef  
Two fresh sirloin medallions seasoned and char grilled to order, topped with garlic mushrooms and asiago cheese served with a twice baked potato.

Grilled Salmon   

Fresh seasoned and grilled salmon with asparagus spears and rice pilaf topped with citrus relish.

Bruschetta Shrimp 

 Jumbo shrimp pan seared with garlic pasta and fresh tomato basil salsa and asiago cheese.  

Fresh Sea Scallops   

Deep sea scallops pan seared with artichokes, rosemary and zucchini with pasta and maple brown butter. 

Fresh Broiled Haddock   
            Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter.
