Dinner Features September 25

Chicken French
Boneless chicken breast dipped in an egg batter and sautéed in a lemon sherry wine sauce with fresh broccoli, served over pasta

Chicken du Chef 
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with portobello mushrooms, Brussels sprouts, sweet peas and onions in a white wine marinara sauce, served over pasta   

Grilled Montréal Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin char grilled with Montréal seasonings, topped with a sun dried tomato garlic butter and served with a twice baked potato

Fresh Broiled Salmon Tropicale
Fresh broiled salmon topped with fresh mango citrus pineapple salsa, served over grilled asparagus spears with a side of rice pilaf  

Shitake Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with shitake mushrooms, artichoke hearts and broccoli in a sherry cream sauce, served over pasta

Scallops Angelina
Deep sea scallops broiled with tomatoes in a garlic Marsala wine sauce, topped with melted mozzarella cheese and served with a side of rice pilaf    

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
