Dinner Specials 21st September 2016


Chicken Scampi Boneless chicken breast pan seared with mushrooms, sundried tomatoes and wild greens in a garlic lemon sherry wine sauce over pasta.  



Sicilian Chicken Sautéed chicken breast with tomatoes, fresh basil, onions, fresh mozzarella and mushrooms in a garlic sherry wine sauce tossed with pasta. 



Stockyard Steak Marsala  Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin seasoned and char grilled to order, served with a marsala onion sauce and oven roasted red pepper potatoes.



Tarragon Caper Ahi Tuna Sesame grilled Ahi Tuna over fresh asparagus spears topped with a tarragon caper cream sauce, served with a side of wild rice.



Tiger Shrimp du Chef  Pan seared tiger shrimp, with onions, peas, tomatoes, chorizo sausage and braised kale in a lemon garlic white wine sauce over pasta.



Sea Scallops & Crabmeat  Deep sea scallops and crabmeat sautéed with button, shiitake and portobello mushrooms tossed in a garlic sherry cream sauce over pasta.    



Fresh Broiled Haddock  Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
