Dinner Features September 23rd


Sesame Orange Curry Chicken over Rice       

Sautéed chicken breast with shitake mushrooms and a medley of garden vegetables in a sesame orange curry sauce over rice dusted with sesame seeds – YUM!!



Fresh Calamari Sicilian 

Fresh calamari dusted with seasoning then fried until golden and finished in a sauté with pepperoncinis, kalamata olives, scallions, garlic, white wine and parmesan cheese over pasta dusted with asiago cheese.



Fresh Salmon over Hydroponic Greens with Tropical Mango Relish 

Fresh salmon broiled with lemon and white served over wild hydroponic greens with vine ripe tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, almonds and strawberries then drizzled with a homemade honey dijon vinaigrette dressing.



Shrimp and Brussels Asiago over Pasta    
Sautéed shrimp with portabella mushrooms, brussel sprouts, onions and bacon in a garlic sherry wine sauce over wild rice dusted with asiago cheese.



The Park Place Stockyard Steak with Rosemary Smashed Potatoes    

A perfectly seasoned Angus Reserve Stockyard sirloin char grilled then served over parmesan and fresh rosemary smashed potatoes dolled up with wild greens and sundried tomato bruschetta with a marsala demi glaze moat.



Scallops Richardo tossed with Pasta 
Sautéed Sea scallops with mushrooms, onions, peas, tomatoes, ham and garlic in a basil white wine sauce with a touch of cream.     





Fresh Broiled Haddock 

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter.   



Fish Fry     

Your choice of breaded or crispy beer battered fresh Haddock filet.
