Dinner Fatures May 31

Tropical Jerk Chicken Salad
Marinated and char grilled Jerk spiced chicken breast presented over fresh mixed greens with pineapple, oranges, tomatoes, onions and almonds served with strawberry balsamic dressing

Herb Crusted Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with an herb crust, topped with a tomato olive tapenade and presented over pasta aglio e olio

Bistro Stockyard Sirloin
Angus Reserve Stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, presented over garlic bread, topped with pesto, tomatoes and fresh mozzarella and served with a twice baked potato, topped with herb sour cream

Shrimp du Chef
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with mushrooms, broccoli, artichoke hearts and onions in a white wine garlic parmesan sauce, served over pasta         

Santa Fe Spicy Scallops
Sea scallops sautéed with chorizo sausage, black beans, tomatoes, peppers, onions and diced potatoes in a spicy garlic sherry wine sauce, served over rice pilaf  

Stuffed Mahi Mahi
Fresh mahi mahi broiled in lemon butter and white wine stuffed with surimi crabmeat, fresh spinach, sun died tomatoes and aged goat cheese topped with a rosemary orange glaze and served over asparagus spears with a side of rice pilaf   

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
