Dinner Specials May 14

Chicken Summer Salad
Boneless grilled chicken breast presented over mixed greens with apples, pecans, grapes, red onions and goat cheese with strawberry vinaigrette dressing  

Chicken Caprese
Boneless seasoned chicken breast pan seared with fresh basil, tomatoes and garlic in a white wine marinara sauce, served over pasta and finished with fresh mozzarella cheese

Scotch Mushroom Stockyard
Angus Reserve Stockyard sirloin char grilled to order and topped with a Scotch ale mushroom gravy, served with asparagus spears and a twice baked potato  

Sicilian Calamari
Crispy pan fried calamari with kalamata & green olives, tomato, pepperoncini, red onion and fresh basil in a white wine garlic pan sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago and parmesan

Firecracker Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp battered and pan fried in a sweet and spicy Asian sauce, with sweet red peppers, onions and scallions finished with toasted sesame seeds and presented over white rice with broccoli

Bacon Basil Scallops
Sea scallops pan seared in a bacon basil Alfredo sauce, served over pasta   

Citrus Mahi Mahi
Fresh mahi mahi filet seasoned and broiled, topped with a fresh citrus salsa and served over rice

Sashimi Grade Ahi Tuna
Sashimi grade ahi tuna steak pan seared to order, presented over avocado aioli and finished with Asian Dijon sauce and pickled red onions, served with white rice

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
