Dinner Features May 1


Pan Seared Walleye
Fresh walleye filet pan seared and topped with a crabmeat scampi sauce, presented over asparagus spears and served with spicy black bean rice

Sea Scallops Primavera Alfredo
Fresh sea scallops sautéed with mushrooms and mixed garden vegetables in a light Alfredo sauce   

Rosemary Apple Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with apples, zucchini, artichoke hearts and scallions in a sherry cream sauce with fresh rosemary, served over pasta     

Grilled Stockyard Sirloin Steak
Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin char grilled to perfection, topped with a mushroom onion Dijon sauce and served with a twice baked potato

Herb Crust Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared in an herb crust and topped with an avocado cucumber sauce, served with a pineapple quinoa pilaf and asparagus spears

Chicken Portobello
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with portobello mushrooms and sun dried tomatoes in a garlic Madeira demi glace served with a side of rice pilaf  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
