Cajun Beef Stockyard
Angus Reserve beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled with Cajun spices and served with a southwest stew of black beans, corn, onions, red bell peppers and potatoes

Weekend Salad
Marinated and grilled chicken breast presented on a bed of mixed greens with herb goat cheese, candied walnuts, strawberries, barbeque bacon, onions and tomatoes with your choice of dressing

Boneless chicken breast sautéed with fresh rosemary and garlic tossed with ziti, cheese curds and a spicy marinara

Jumbo shrimp sautéed with caramelized onions, sweet peas and garlic tossed with pasta in a light sherry cream

Sea scallops pan seared with jerk seasonings served with a sauté of spinach, pineapple, shallots and tomatoes, presented over wild rice

Pan Seared Barramundi
Fresh barramundi filet pan seared with savory seasonings and presented with roasted red pepper gazpacho and avocado

Herb Crusted Ahi Tuna
Ahi tuna pan seared to order in an herb crust, topped with a tropical salsa and a balsamic reduction, served with asparagus spears

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter 

Fish Fry
Your choice of breaded or crispy beer battered fresh Haddock filet
