Dinner Features May 22

Chicken Picatta
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with mushroom s and capers served over pasta with a lemon butter sauce, finished with asiago cheese

Strawberry Pecan Chicken Salad
Boneless chicken breast pan fried and presented over fresh mixed greens with strawberries, pecans, roasted red peppers, onions and goat cheese with a sherry Dijon vinaigrette dressing  

Montreal Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve Stockyard sirloin char grilled with Montréal seasonings and smothered with sherry onions and portobello mushrooms, served with bacon parmesan mashed potatoes  

Shrimp Toscana
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with eggplant, sun dried tomatoes, olives and leeks tossed with pasta and a garlic wine sauce, finished with feta cheese  

Scallops Arrabiata
Sea scallops sautéed with tomatoes, basil and garlic butter, tossed with pasta in a spicy marinara    

Char Grilled Walleye
Fresh walleye filet char grilled and topped with a tomato caper relish, served with asparagus spears and rice pilaf

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
