Dinner Features May 12


Picadillo
Shaved chicken, tomatoes, capers, shallots, olives and celery served over rice with lemon wine pan sauce and asiago cheese

Chicken Creole
Boneless seasoned chicken breast sautéed with black beans and tomatoes, served over ‘Nawlins rice and spicy tomato compote 

Steak Au Poivre Salad
Angus Reserve Stockyard sirloin char grilled to order and served over mixed greens with shaved asparagus, onions, red bell peppers, pecans and goat cheese with sherry Dijon vinaigrette

Greek Salad with Calamari
Our large Greek salad topped with flash fried calamari

Shrimp Puttanesca
Jumbo shrimp seared with mushrooms, capers and basil tossed with pasta and white wine garlic marinara   

Scallops Amatricana
Sea scallops seared with tomatoes, garlic and basil tossed with Chablis pan sauce and pasta sprinkled with crumbled goat cheese  

Char Grilled Ahi Tuna
Fresh lightly marinated and grilled tuna steak presented with sautéed spinach and roasted red peppers topped with a citrus salsa  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
