Flower City Grilled Chicken Salad
Marinated and grilled chicken breast served over mixed greens with strawberries, almonds, vine ripe tomatoes, onions and crumbed goat cheese served with your choice of dressing

Vegetable Lasagna
This vegetarian lasagna is made with pasta, fresh vegetables, tofu and marinara sauce, served with a salad

Basil Asiago Crusted Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with a basil asiago crust in a lemon sherry wine sauce, topped with a mango citrus relish and served over fresh asparagus spears with a side of rice pilaf   

Prosciutto Wrapped Beef Tenderloin
Beef tenderloin wrapped in prosciutto and char grilled with Montréal seasonings, topped with a burgundy mushroom onion sauce and presented with pepper jack smashed potatoes

Shrimp Provençal
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with mushrooms, tomatoes, peppers and onions in a light garlic white wine sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese

Scallops Angelina
Sea scallops broiled in Marsala wine with tomatoes and garlic, topped with melted mozzarella cheese and served with a side of rice pilaf  

Fresh Broiled Mahi Mahi
Fresh mahi mahi filet presented over sesame orange curry vegetables and rice, topped with sesame seeds

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
