Dinner Features May 19

Stuffed Chicken
Boneless chicken breast stuffed with ham, provolone and spinach baked in a panko crust and served with pasta, broccoli and a lemon cream

Chicken Pomodoro 
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with tomatoes, basil and garlic tossed with pasta and a white wine marinara sauce, sprinkled with goat cheese

Char Grilled Stockyard Steak 
Angus Reserve Stockyard sirloin char grilled with a coriander rub and presented with curried rice, roasted vegetables and spicy almonds

Shrimp Rustica
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with wild mushrooms and leeks, tossed with pasta and a roasted garlic cream sauce  

Panko Crusted Scallops 
Sea scallops pan seared in a panko crust with black beans, corn, scallions, sweet peppers and mushrooms, served with rice pilaf and a sriracha barbeque sauce  

Char Grilled Walleye
Fresh char grilled walleye presented with bacon wrapped asparagus, roasted tomatoes, pineapple, jalapeño jam and coffee jus  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
