Dinner Features May 29

Insalata Pollo
Savory seared chicken breast presented over fresh mixed greens with goat cheese, onions, pecans, avocadoes and sweet peppers served with a basil lime vinaigrette     

Pasta Pescatore
Shrimp and sea scallops pan seared with tomatoes and onions, tossed with pasta and basil marinara

Southwest Beef Stew
Angus Reserve Stockyard sirloin char grilled to order, presented over a southwestern stew of beans, potatoes, corn, onions and roasted red peppers in a Cajun broth, topped with a dollop of sour cream     

Shrimp Gazpacho
Jumbo shrimp pan seared and served with roasted red pepper gazpacho and julienned spinach, finished with a dollop of Greek herb yogurt        

Scallop Salad
Sea scallops pan seared and presented with mixed greens, scallions, roasted red peppers, chorizo sausage and apples served with your choice of dressing

Char Grilled Barramundi
Fresh barramundi filet char grilled and served with black bean corn salsa, rice pilaf and asparagus spears  

Rustic Chicken Panini
Grilled chicken breast, shaved ham, brie cheese, apples, caramelized onions and roasted red peppers on a grilled Panini served with beer battered fries

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
