Happy Mother's Day Dinner Features


Appetizer:
Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
Roasted red pepper hummus served with toasted pita bread, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and goat cheese

Entrees:
Pan Seared Salmon
Fresh garlic herb crusted salmon filet pan seared with tomatoes, caramelized onions and capers presented with beurre blanc and served with rice pilaf and asparagus spears    

Sherry Dijon Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with mushrooms, artichokes, basil and scallions served with pasta and a sherry Dijon pan sauce  

Pan Seared Scallops
Fresh pan seared sea scallops with roasted potatoes, caramelized onions, bacon, sweet peppers and bleu cheese crumbles

Grilled Shrimp Salad
Jumbo shrimp seasoned and grilled, served with mixed greens, pecans, onions, goat cheese, blueberries and strawberries , served with a raspberry vinaigrette

Prosciutto Wrapped Beef Tenderloin
Beef tenderloin wrapped in prosciutto and char grilled to order, presented with pepper jack mashed potatoes, sautéed spinach and pecan brown butter

Chicken Alfredo
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with mushrooms and fresh rosemary tossed with pasta and a three cheese Alfredo sauce

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
