Grilled Angus Stockyard Au Poivre Angus Reserve beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to perfection, served with a portobello pepper corn sauce and asiago garlic smashed potatoes.  

Stuffed Chicken Breast Chicken breast stuffed with spinach, goat cheese and tomatoes, pan seared in lemon and wine, served over asparagus with a light rosemary tarragon sauce and a side of rice.     

Wild Mushroom Shrimp & Eggplant Jumbo shrimp sautéed with portobello, button, shiitake mushrooms and eggplant in a blush Alfredo herb sauce tossed with pasta.  

Basil Marinara Sea Scallops Sea scallops sautéed with fresh basil, tomatoes, peppers, onions and spinach in a garlic white wine marinara sauce over pasta, dusted with asiago cheese.   

Sesame Teriyaki Mahi Mahi Char grilled Mahi Mahi filet marinated in sesame teriyaki, presented over rice pilaf,  finished with curry glazed apple and onions with a side of slaw.

Fresh Broiled Haddock Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
