Dinner Specials May 3


Tropical Mahi Mahi
Fresh Mahi Mahi filet pan seared with jerk spices in a lemon wine sauce, topped with a basil mango lime relish and served over asparagus spears with a side of rice pilaf

Garlic Lemon Scallops
Fresh sea scallops sautéed with zucchini, summer squash, red bell peppers and fresh spinach in a garlic white wine lemon parmesan sauce, served over rice

Shrimp & Wild Mushrooms
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with button, shiitake and portobello mushrooms in a light sherry tarragon cream sauce, served over pasta

Boneless chicken breast sautéed with chorizo sausage, tomatoes, sweet corn, jalapeño and bell peppers in a mildly spicy Cajun sauce, served over muddy rice

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
