Jamaican Jerk Salad
Petite walleye filet in a Jamaican jerk marinade grilled and presented over fresh mixed wild greens with strawberries, pineapple, avocado, tomatoes, onions, almonds, dried cranberries and goat cheese served with a Dijon vinaigrette    

Herb Crusted Chicken Florentine
Boneless herb crusted chicken breast in a lemon sherry sauce with fresh spinach, topped with a rosemary apple onion jam and served over rice pilaf 

Sicilian Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve Stockyard sirloin seasoned and char grilled to perfection, finished with an Italian seasoned breading and topped with melted asiago cheese, sautéed mushrooms and onions served with a twice baked potato  

Sesame Curry Shrimp & Crabmeat Stir Fry
Jumbo shrimp, surimi crabmeat and a garden vegetable medley sautéed in a spicy sesame curry stir fry, served over rice pilaf and dusted with sesame seeds   

Scallops Monte Carlo
Sea scallops sautéed with Italian sausage, tomatoes, zucchini and artichoke hearts in a zesty garlic sherry wine sauce, served over pasta   

Stuffed Broiled Walleye
Fresh broiled walleye filet stuffed with surimi crabmeat, spinach, tomatoes and asiago cheese topped with a basil Scampi sauce, served over fresh asparagus spears with rice pilaf

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
