Char Grilled Beef Stockyard
Angus Reserve beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to perfection and served with a sherry Dijon cream sauce and parmesan peppercorn mashed potatoes

Garlic Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with squash, peppers and onions tossed with pasta and a garlic rosemary butter sauce

Herb Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with a savory herb crust, presented with parmesan peppercorn mashed potatoes, brie cheese and mushroom onion gravy

Balsamic Shrimp Salad
Jumbo herb crusted shrimp served with a salad of fresh mixed greens, bacon, feta cheese, pecans, blueberries,  shallots and a strawberry balsamic vinaigrette dressing

Scallops & Eggplant
Sea scallops pan seared with eggplant and stewed tomatoes, tossed with pasta and herb butter  

Pan Seared Barramundi
Fresh barramundi filet pan seared and presented with lemon basil spaghetti
