Dinner Specials 8th June

Chicken Au Pouivre Pan seared chicken breast with mushrooms,
scallions in a sherry Dijon peppercorn sauce over rice with asparagus.    

Chicken & Eggplant Rossa chicken breast sautéed with mushrooms, artichoke hearts, onions, tomatoes, eggplant, scallions and olives in a garlic basil marinara sauce over pasta.

Montreal Grilled Beef Stockyard Steak Grilled Montreal seasoned Angus Reserve Stockyard sirloin with vine ripened tomatoes and fresh mozzarella cheese, topped with a portobello Scotch Ale sauce, served with a twice baked potato.  

Shrimp & Crabmeat Scampi  Jumbo shrimp & surimi crabmeat sautéed with sun dried tomatoes, onions and fresh spinach in a garlic lemon sherry wine sauce over pasta.    

Sea Scallops du Chef  Sea scallops sautéed with mushrooms, spinach and broccoli in a roasted red peppercorn cream sauce tossed with pasta.  

Citrus Grilled Ahi Tuna Marinated grilled Ahi Tuna steak over grilled asparagus topped with a mango citrus relish served with a side of rice.

Fresh Broiled Haddock  Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
