Dinner Features June 14

Flower City Chicken & Chorizo
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with chorizo sausage, fresh spinach, summer squash, mushrooms, peppers and onions in a garlic lemon sherry wine sauce, served over pasta

Herb Crusted Sesame Dill Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared in a sesame dill herb crust, topped with a citrus salsa and served with rice pilaf 

Montreal Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve Stockyard sirloin seasoned and char grilled to perfection, topped with a Marsala portobello sauce and finished with aged goat cheese, served with oven roasted potatoes

Shrimp & Wild Mushrooms
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with portobello, button and shiitake mushrooms in a garlic sherry cream sauce, served over pasta

Basil Scallops Alfredo
Deep sea scallops sautéed with artichoke hearts, sun dried tomatoes and zucchini in a light Alfredo sauce, tossed with pasta

Stuffed Mahi Mahi
Fresh mahi mahi stuffed with surimi crabmeat, spinach and goat cheese, broiled in lemon and white wine, presented over fresh asparagus spears and drizzled with a roasted red pepper cream sauce, served with rice pilaf  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
