Dinner Features June 11

Herb Crusted Chicken Salad
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with a panko herb crust and presented over fresh mixed greens with candied bacon, dried cranberries, pecans, red onion and goat cheese, tossed in an herb vinaigrette 

Roasted Red Pepper Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with mushrooms and fresh garlic in a roasted red pepper cream sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago and parmesan cheese

Scotch Ale Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve Stockyard sirloin char grilled to order, topped with caramelized onions and a Scotch ale beer cheese sauce, served with garlic bread and a twice baked potato    

Garlic Butter Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp pan seared with tomatoes, mushrooms and spinach in a white wine garlic butter pan sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese

Mango Citrus Scallops
Broiled deep sea scallops topped with a citrus mango salsa presented over wild rice and served with asparagus spears    

Lemon Rosemary Snapper
Fresh Red Snapper pan seared with a sherry lemon pan sauce, finished with rosemary butter and presented over sautéed baby spinach and sun dried tomato orzo pasta

Jamaican Jerk Mahi Mahi Salad
Fresh mahi mahi filet char grilled with jerk spices and presented over mixed greens with pineapple, strawberries, tomatoes, red onions and walnuts tossed in a citrus vinaigrette   

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
