Pan Seared Ahi Tuna
Fresh ahi tuna pan seared in a horseradish Dijon crust with shiitake mushrooms, fresh basil and shallots served over rice pilaf  

Scallops Italiano
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with tomatoes, olives, white beans and herbs in a white wine tomato sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese     

Shrimp Portofino
Jumbo shrimp pan seared with spinach, mushrooms, pine nuts and garlic in a lemon wine sauce, served with pasta    

Chicken & Gravy
Pan seared boneless chicken breast smothered in sausage gravy, served with mashed potatoes  

Montréal Bone In Angus Beef Ribeye
A 14 oz. angus beef Ribeye char grilled with Montréal seasonings,
served with burgundy braised wild mushrooms and carrots, served with a twice
baked potato 

Chicken Risotto
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with fresh rosemary, spinach and roasted red peppers served with parmesan risotto     

Cajun Seafood
Your choice of fresh barramundi or salmon filet grilled with Cajun seasonings, served over a bed of rice and finished with black bean salsa

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
