Dinner Features Friday 23rd October

Montreal Beef Flatiron Grilled 9oz Montreal seasoned beef Flatiron steak, 
presented with a wild mushroom and rosemary demi glace, 
served with parmesan mashed potatoes.   



Fresh Norwegian Salmon Pan-seared panko crusted Salmon filet with 
roasted vegetables and a lemon-butter glaze.   



Garlic Sea Scallops Sautéed sea scallops with spinach, roasted
red peppers and garbanzo beans, tossed with pasta and a 
roasted garlic confit.  



Cioppino Seafood stew with Tiger shrimp, clams, whitefish and
a vegetable mirepoix simmered in a rich tomato broth,
served with a toasted herb crostini .
 

Autumn Ahi Tuna  Char grilled marinated Ahi Tuna with a
pecan herb crust and an apple bacon jam, with a side of rice.

  

Chicken Napoli Chicken breast sautéed with fresh basil
and tomatoes tossed with pasta and mozzarella
cheese curds with an Arrabiata sauce.



 Cajun Chicken Alfredo boneless cajun seasoned
chicken breast sautéed with mushrooms, zucchini
and tomatoes with pasta in  an avocado cream sauce.



Fresh Haddock Friday Breaded OR beer battered
OR Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter.
