Beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled with Montreal seasonings, topped with sautéed mushrooms and caramelized onions, presented with oven roasted potatoes

Dry packed deep sea scallops sautéed with broccoli, shiitake mushrooms, red onions, sweet red peppers and almonds in a spicy curry sauce, served over rice pilaf
