Pan Seared Red Drum
Red drum fish has a mild sweet flavor with firm flesh and large moist flakes. It is comparable to red snapper. Try our red drum filet pan seared and topped with a fresh basil citrus salsa, served over asparagus spears with a side of herb rice

Garden Harvest Blush Scallops
Dry packed deep sea scallops sautéed with broccoli, spinach, mushrooms, red bell peppers, zucchini and yellow squash in a fresh basil light blush Alfredo sauce, tossed with pasta

Shrimp Fra Diavolo
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with eggplant, mushrooms, tomatoes, peppers, onions and jalapeños in a spicy white wine marinara sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese
