Dinner Features October 18

Pan Seared Barramundi
Fresh barramundi filet pan seared with artichokes, mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes and radicchio served with pasta in a rosemary butter sauce and finished with feta cheese  

Scallops Puttanesca
Dry packed deep sea scallops sautéed with fresh basil, capers and garlic, tossed with pasta in a white wine Chablis sauce   

Shrimp Limon
Jumbo shrimp pan seared with zucchini and served with lemon garlic risotto, finished with asiago cheese  

Cajun Grilled Stockyard Sirloin
Beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled with Cajun spices, presented with Santa Fe orzo and avocado aioli      

Fall Alfredo
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with apples and onions tossed with pasta in a pumpkin cream sauce

Parmesan Herb Crusted Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed in a parmesan herb crust with wild mushrooms and bell peppers, served with butternut mashed potatoes and a burgundy gravy

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
