Dinner Features for Saturday 24th October


Norwegian Salmon Pan-seared Salmon topped with a rosemary citrus hollandaise over wild rice with fresh broccoli.



Brown Butter Sea Scallops Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared in a brown butter herb sauce with roasted cherry tomatoes and fresh spinach over pasta.



Tiger Shrimp Francasse SautĂ©ed egg battered Tiger Shrimp tossed in a lemon sherry pan sauce over pasta with asparagus and artichoke hearts finished with parmesan cheese.    



Cajun Bleu Beef Stockyard Cajun dusted 10oz beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled, topped with melted blue cheese and served with a twice baked potato.



Scotch Ale Flatiron Steak Grilled beef flatiron steak topped with a Scotch ale mushroom gravy, served with cheddar herb mashed potatoes and asparagus.



Chicken Dijon Boneless chicken breast and honey baked ham in a Dijon cream sauce with garlic, onions and mushrooms over pasta.  



Herb Crusted Chicken Pan-seared herb crusted chicken breast topped with a cranberry-balsamic reduction served with parmesan mashed potatoes.



Fresh Broiled Haddock Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
