Panko Crusted Salmon
Salmon filet pan seared in a panko crust served with sherry onions and potato croquettes

Santa Fe Scallops
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared in Cajun spices with corn, tomatoes and mushrooms, tossed with pasta in an avocado cream sauce  

Cioppino
Jumbo shrimp, clams, salmon and whitefish simmered in a tomato stew and served with herb crostini

Steak & Wild Mushrooms
Your choice of a stockyard sirloin or flatiron steak and char grilled with Montréal seasonings, finished with a wild mushroom cream sauce and served with a twice baked potato

Chicken Dijon
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with asparagus and sun dried tomatoes with a Marsala Dijon butter, served with wild rice

Garlic Basil Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with zucchini, onions and garbanzo beans in a garlic basil wine sauce, tossed with pasta and finished with asiago cheese

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
