Dinner Features October 22

Barramundi Oscar
Fresh barramundi filet char grilled and served with sauce béarnaise and a sauté of spinach, crab and roasted red peppers

Pecan Apple Scallops
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared and presented with pecans, apples, onions, feta and cherry tomatoes served over fresh spinach and drizzled with raspberry vinaigrette

Shrimp Rosemary
Jumbo panko crusted shrimp seared with bacon, mirepoix and fresh rosemary served with orzo pasta and sherry butter     

Tuscan Beef Stockyard
10oz beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled with Italian seasonings and presented with a Tuscan stew of tomatoes, garbanzo beans, roasted red peppers and roasted eggplant with a garlic wine broth

Chicken Ranchero
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with black beans, corn, peppers and onions presented over rice with our ranchero sauce, finished with cheddar cheese and sour cream  

Cajun Chicken Alfredo
Boneless cajun seasoned chicken breast sautéed with mushrooms, zucchini and tomatoes served with pasta in an avocado cream sauce

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
