Red Drum Creole
Red drum fish has a mild sweet flavor with firm flesh and large moist flakes. It is comparable to red snapper. Try our red drum filet pan seared and topped with a Louisiana style Creole sauce made with tomatoes, bell peppers, onions, celery and Creole seasonings, served over white rice.

Maple Glazed Salmon
Fresh salmon filet pan seared with a maple glaze, presented over brussel sprouts and roasted cherry tomatoes and seared with rice pilaf    

Scallops Caprese
Dry packed deep sea scallops broiled and presented over pesto pasta topped with tomatoes, fresh basil and fresh mozzarella cheese

Sun Dried Tomato Shrimp Alfredo
Jumbo shrimp sautéed in a sun dried tomato and white wine Alfredo sauce, served over pasta    

Guinness® Grilled Stockyard Sirloin
Beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled with to perfection topped with Guinness caramelized onions and served with bacon horseradish mashed potatoes  

Chicken French
Boneless chicken breast dipped in an egg batter and sautéed in a lemon sherry pan sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese

Rosemary Herb Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with an herb crust, topped with a cranberry balsamic reduction, served with homemade bread stuffing and mashed potatoes

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
