Broiled Red Drum
Red drum fish has a mild sweet flavor with firm flesh and large moist flakes. It is comparable to red snapper. Try our red drum filet broiled in garlic scampi butter sauce, presented over fresh asparagus spears and topped with pineapple rosemary cream sauce, served with rice pilaf

Stuffed Mahi-Mahi
Fresh broiled mahi mahi filet stuffed with spinach, surimi crabmeat and asiago, finished with pineapple rosemary cream sauce and served with rice pilaf and asparagus spears  

Scallops Italian
Dry packed deep sea scallops sautéed with mushrooms, tomatoes, peppers and onions in a garlic marinara sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese

Boneless chicken breast pan seared with an herb crust, with chorizo sausage, pepperoncini, black beans, tomatoes and corn in a spicy wine sauce, served over rice pilaf  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
