Stuffed Red Drum
Red drum fish has a mild sweet flavor with firm flesh and large moist flakes. It is comparable to red snapper. Try our red drum filet broiled and stuffed with surimi crabmeat, spinach and asiago cheese, topped with a fresh pineapple basil salsa and presented over asparagus spears with a side of herb rice

Scallops Madeira
Dry packed deep sea scallops sautéed with broccoli, yellow squash and zucchini in a Madeira marinara sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese  

Shrimp ala Romano
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with surimi crabmeat, mushrooms, broccoli, artichoke hearts and olives in a light Alfredo sauce, tossed with pasta  

Grilled Stockyard Sirloin
Beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to perfection and presented on a bed of butternut cheddar smashed potatoes, topped with a portobello eggplant demi glace and crispy zucchini sticks  

Rosemary Tomato Herb Crust Chicken
Boneless herb crusted chicken breast sautéed with tomatoes, spinach and fresh rosemary in a garlic white wine sauce, served with rice pilaf

Shiitake Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with shiitake mushrooms, broccoli and sun dried tomatoes in a garlic sherry cream sauce, served over pasta   

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
