Dinner features for 29th October

Pan Roasted Salmon Fresh salmon filet pan roasted with potatoes, carrots, celery and apples in a stout reduction  

Rosemary Scallops Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with fresh rosemary, wild mushrooms and tomatoes served with pasta and a lemon butter sauce, finished with asiago cheese    

Cajun Shrimp Jumbo shrimp pan seared with bacon, scallions, jalapeños and sweet peppers served with an avocado  cream sauce and wild rice   

Genesee Valley Chicken  Boneless chicken breast sautéed with butternut squash and sherry onions, tossed with pasta and a pecan brown butter sauce     

Montréal Bone-In-Ribeye Char grilled bone-in-ribeye with Montréal seasonings, presented with balsamic onions and fresh mozzarella cheese, served with a twice baked potato

Chicken Ranchero Boneless chicken breast, corn, tomatoes, onions, peppers and cheddar cheese rolled in a flour tortilla and baked with ranchero sauce, served with a side of rice pilaf
