Dinner Features 14th October

Panko Crusted Red Drum Red drum fish has a mild sweet flavor with firm flesh and large moist flakes. It is comparable to red snapper. Try our Panko crusted Red Drum with jalapeno, onions and tomatoes finished with an avocado aioli and rice.  

Horseradish Sea Scallops Dry packed deep sea scallops sautéed with sweet peppers and spinach, tossed with pasta in a horseradish cream sauce with asiago cheese. 

Tiger Shrimp with Bacon Jumbo shrimp sautéed with bacon, roasted red peppers and yellow squash tossed with pasta and a garlic butter sauce.

Burgundy Stockyard Sirloin Beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to perfection, presented with Burgundy braised mushrooms, grilled asparagus and rosemary mashed potatoes.  

Autumn Chicken Chicken breast sautéed with onions, pecans and apples served with a butternut squash risotto and beurre noisette.

Sriracha Butter Chicken Pan seared chicken breast with broccoli, mushrooms, scallions and carrots with rice and a sriracha butter sauce.   

Fresh Broiled Haddock Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
