Dinner Specials Friday 16th October

Creole Beef Stockyard Creole seasoned 10 oz. beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to
order: presented with black beans, peppers and onions finished with an avocado
aioli and a twice baked potato.   

Barramundi Pan-seared Barramundi with a mirepoix, stewed tomatoes, capers and
lemons over pasta with a white wine, tomato broth, topped with asiago cheese.   

Sea Scallops au Poivre Sea scallops pan seared with a rosemary peppercorn crust, 
served with zucchini and spinach with a creamy sherry Dijon risotto.  

Tiger Shrimp Portofino Sautéed tiger shrimp tossed with garlic, mushrooms and spinach 
over pasta with a lemon butter sauce.
 
Autumn Ahi Tuna Seasonal spiced and pecan panko crusted Ahi Tuna pan seared with wild   rice, asparagus, apples and a pumpkin crème.
  
Chicken du Chef Chicken breast sautéed with onions, carrots and broccoli with rice and a spicy sriracha butter sauce.

Tuscan Chicken Sautéed chicken breast, radicchio, roasted red peppers, spinach and artichokes with pasta tossed in a spicy wine sauce, finished with feta cheese   

Fresh Haddock Friday Breaded OR beer battered OR Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter.
