Dinner Features October 15


Pan Seared Cajun Red Drum
Red drum fish has a mild sweet flavor with firm flesh and large moist flakes. It is comparable to red snapper. Try our Red Drum pan seared with Cajun spices and topped with a black bean Creole sauce, presented over asparagus spears and served with a side of wild rice  

Rosemary Normandy Scallops
Dry packed deep sea scallops sautéed with apples, artichoke hearts and zucchini in a fresh rosemary white wine cream sauce, served over rice pilaf

Pesto Feta Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with pesto, portobello mushrooms, broccoli and tomatoes in a white wine pesto sauce, tossed with pasta and finished with feta cheese

Sicilian Grilled Stockyard Sirloin
Beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled with Italian seasonings and topped with sautéed mushrooms and melted asiago cheese, served with butternut cheddar smashed potatoes    

Chicken French
Boneless chicken breast dipped in an egg batter and sautéed with broccoli in a lemon sherry wine sauce, served over pasta

Harvest Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with butternut squash, zucchini, fresh spinach and tomatoes in a garlic basil wine sauce, served with rice pilaf

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
