Dinner Features October 17

Mahi Mahi Tacos
A pair of fish tacos made with broiled orange ginger marinated mahi mahi, topped with Asian cole slaw and presented in a soft flour tortilla, served with rice pilaf and broccoli

Mediterranean Barramundi
Fresh barramundi filet pan seared in a sherry lemon sauce, topped with sautéed spinach, tomatoes, kalamata olives and feta cheese, presented over orzo pasta and served with asparagus spears

Parmesan Crusted Scallops Oscar
Dry packed deep sea scallops broiled with a parmesan crust, sautéed with tomatoes and asparagus in a lemon basil pan sauce and served over pasta  

Cajun Shrimp Mac & Cheese
Jumbo shrimp dusted with Cajun spices and lightly blackened, presented over bacon jalapeño cheddar macaroni and cheese  

Scotch Ale Grilled Stockyard Sirloin
Beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to perfection and topped with Scotch ale infused mushrooms and garlic butter, served with a twice baked potato     

Chicken Asiago
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with spinach, sun dried tomatoes and garlic in an asiago cream sauce, served over risotto

Southwest Chicken
Boneless chicken breast char grilled and topped with fire roasted corn, black beans and guacamole served with rice pilaf  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
